Ray has been in the Information Technology industry since the early 80’s. With close to 40 years of experience, Ray has seen dramatic changes over the past decades. He has worked for major companies over these years including Microsoft and Electronic Data System (HP company).

He started his career, after graduating university, as a Service Manager repairing anything and everything customers brought through the doors. Adding to his knowledge while at Skills4Techs, Ray completed additional learning to become an ITIL Expert (Information Technology Infrastructure Library).

The last 12 years with XtraNet/Skills4Techs, Ray has shared his experiences and extensive knowledge in the Break/Fix world with all participants, from completely new technicians right up to the senior, very experienced engineers.

His key message for all technicians is -
“You can always learn something new no matter how much experience you have. Never stop learning!”
