We are a small company but we make a big impact.
We provide HP Service Authorization training for all of HP’s standard DesignJet printer families and we do it for HP’s partners in The USA and Canada.
HP is known for its inventions, engineering and technology in the printer marketplace. HP DesignJet Printers (sometimes called plotters) have always been the leading technology products in the industry.
We are known for our training program management expertise, our quality of instruction and our understanding of reseller/partner channel service operations. It’s our experience which allows us to take HP certification training materials and add value by modifying them and adapting them to the real world.

Our History
Delivering HP DesignJet Service Certification Training since 2002.
In 2006 HP’s other training partner abandoned the training relationship … on a Friday night … at COB … ouch! We stepped in and stepped up. We were known as XtraNet back then and we picked up every training commitment and successfully ran great classes for all of the HP Partners while HP planned their go-forward strategy.
After several months HP decided to deliver the training themselves using contract instructors … ouch for us! We stayed the course and continued to deliver great classes in Canada. As time passed HP partners everywhere chose us more often than they chose the HP managed classes. There were various reasons – we work hard not to cancel classes, we optimize the course materials, our training centers are easy going and friendly and we use our own instructor.
In early 2008 HP approached us to take back all of the Partner Service Certification training for North America.
