In-house, Hands-On Certification Training for HP DesignJet Service and Support

How it Works

We can train your team in a board room, in a meeting room, in your demo room or in your warehouse. We just need space to work, printers, tools and power.

The sessions will teach the best practice approaches to maintain customers devices as well as to diagnose, support and repair printing problems.

Course Topics include:

  2. Install, Set Up and Config
  3. Use and Maintain
  4. Support: Troubleshooting
  5. Support: Hardware Service & Repair
  6. Ray’s Tips and Tricks

We will update your HP technicians profiles upon successful completion of the training and the exams

Site Requirements

  • Access to a fully functioning printers from the subject families. Maximum 3 technicians per printer
  • Training area must provide enough space to perform a full tear down by each group
  • Required tools necessary to provide service and repair on the printers

    Certifications

    Certifications for your technicians requires a valid partner agreement with HP that allows for the provision of authorized DesignJet services.

    Each of your technicians should have an ID from HP. Their HP IDs are assigned by HP and are used to track all of their HP training, testing, Service Qualifications (certifications) and Warranty Service activities.

    Pricing

    Our onsite training prices include all of the instructor travel expenses. We make onsite training available for groups of 2 or more techs.

    An onsite session for T2600 Family would would be a 2.5 day training event:

    • 2 techs – $6,000.00
    • 3 techs – $7,200.00
    • 4 techs – $8,400.00*
    • 5 techs – $9,600.00*
    • 6 techs – $10,800.00*

    We also offer 5 day onsite training for our COMBO class offerings as well as custom certification requirements.
