DesignJet Virtual Instructor Led Training

Virtual, Face to Face, Hands-On Certification Training for HP DesignJet Service and Support

How it Works

  • Classes begin with a Zoom session and all of the class activities are then coordinated by the instructor
  • Class sessions run from 09:00 to 16:00 Eastern Time Zone
  • Once a tech is registered, they will receive a confirmation with additional details to prepare for the training
  • The daily sessions are scheduled and are facilitated using the “Learn with HP” learning management system and Zoom
  • There is an exam at the end of the virtual training classes
  • We will update each technician’s profile in HP’s systems upon successful completion of the training and the exam

What you need

  • Web cam, mic and ability to interact in a Zoom session for the full duration of class
  • Access to a fully functioning printer from the subject family – maximum of 3 techs per printer
  • Required tools necessary to provide service and repair on the printer

    Certification Pre-Reqs

    The PRE-REQs are all web based training (WBT) modules and can be found in the HP Partner First Portal. You should complete all pre-reqs before the virtual training sessions or immediately after completion.
